America’s 9/11 Ride 2025

This is a placeholder for those who might be interested in attending the America’s 9/11 Ride in August 2025 for their 25th event.
This is a police-escorted ride with hundreds of bikes over three days to honour first responders who lost their lives 9/11 (and after) and support their families. May we never forget!
If there is enough interest we will plan a group from Canada to go down a day early, participate in the event activities from Thursday to Sunday starting in Somerset PA near where the Flight 93 Memorial is. On Friday we do a police-escorted ride to Washington DC near the Pentagon. On Saturday we ride to New York City. On Sunday morning there is an escorted ride to the 9/11 Memorial from our hotel in Times Square followed by a brief ceremony with options after ti visit the 9/11 museum and/or the Freedom Tower. We will stay an extra night in the area so we have some time to explore in NYC before heading home on Monday.
The ride costs around $200 US. Registration will be open by early October. People will be given info on the host hotels and are responsible to book their own accommodations for each night.
This was a moving and memorable event. I encourage you to make plans to participate in 2025. You will never experience anything else like it on two wheels.
