Estimated Time Frame for Mackinac Island
Mackinac Island — August 22-24
Cost: $250 per person
Book Now for $50 nonrefundable deposit! Remaining balance due on Aug 8th.
The price covers round trip charter transportation with a professional driver, and covers the tip for the driver. The ferry ticket to the island is not included. You are responsible for purchasing a ferry ticket. It can either be purchased the day of, or ahead of time online. We will be dropped off at the parking lot for Shepler's Ferry.
Estimated Itinerary: August 22nd
6:00pm - Meet to load the bus in Somerset, KY
7:30pm - Meet to load the bus in Lexington, KY
We will do seating charts to make sure that families/groups are seated next to each other. Snack bags and bottles of water will be provided! We will stop every couple of hours to stretch your legs, smoke breaks, etc.
Saturday, August 23rd
Before arriving in Mackinaw City we will stop to freshen up. This stop will be earlier than normal. The truck stop is about 2 1/2 hours out from Mackinac. We do have multiple buses for this trip. Showers will be extremely limited. Please plan on not being able to access a shower. Baby wipes, other products like that will help. We plan to be at the truck stop/rest area for around 1 1/2 hours.
Arrive in Mackinaw City to board the ferry to Mackinac Island.
Please plan on taking the 7pm ferry back to the city. You can explore in Mackinaw City until the bus arrives.
We will make a stop to allow everyone to change back into some comfortable bus clothes for the ride home. We will also stop every couple of hours for breaks as well.
Sunday, August 24th
Arrive back in Kentucky!

What is the cancellation/refund policy? A refund will only be provided if we are able to resell your seats. The deposit is non refundable. Your refund will be minus the $50 deposit. If you paid on Paypal or Venmo and marked as services and goods and we were charged a fee, your refund will be minus the deposit and the fee. If we cancel a trip a full refund will be provided.
