Sound Energy Healing~ with Julia Nadolny

Embrace the power of sound! Relax and rejuvenate as instructor Julia Nadolny guides you through a peaceful meditation session on Worthington's scenic grounds. Enjoy nature and peaceful, soothing sounds emitted from quartz crystal bowls at just the right frequency. Class will be held outdoors, weather permitting, so please dress according to the weather on the day of the session. Additionally you may bring a comfy mat or blanket to sit on for the meditation.
