Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Bath at the Winery

Join Sonic Moon Yoga for a peaceful 90min session which includes both yoga and a sound bath! Release the stress you are holding onto and relax with a guided meditation in a relaxing and pristine natural environment. Ticket includes admission to the class and a drink token which can be redeemed for a beverage of your choice following class.
