Echotherapy: The Benefits of Nature

Echotherapy, also called “nature therapy,” focuses on improving mental and physical wellbeing through outdoor activities. Master Naturalist Bruce Rosenberg will lead a guided walk to different areas of Lasdon that will be explored as nature and its benefits are experienced up close.
