From Darkness to Light

Join us for a powerful musical journey as Iowa Brass explores the journey from turmoil to triumph in “From Darkness to Light”.

You have two chances to hear Iowa Brass: Saturday, October 25th at First Presbyterian Church in Iowa City (7pm) and Sunday, October 26th at the Solon Community Center (4pm).

The program features:
- The dramatic “Dies Irae”
- A thrilling euphonium solo, “Devil’s Duel”
- Eric Whitacre’s luminous “Lux Aurumque”
- Paul Lovatt-Cooper’s triumphant “Vitae Aeternum”

We are also honored to present internationally acclaimed cornet soloist Dr. Jennifer Oliverio in two breathtaking featured performances.
