Under the guidance of our chef-instructor, you’ll practice essential wok techniques, discover how to balance sweet, salty, and savory flavors, and prepare dishes like stir-fried noodles, fried rice, and crispy appetizers. Along the way, you’ll pick up tips on sourcing key ingredients, customizing spice levels, and creating quick sauces that pack big flavor.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: Second floor: Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
