Guided Sound Meditation

Please join us for a delightful sound meditation (30 min) with Ellen Bowie. She will be using crystal singing bowls in a guided meditation. There will be time afterward for journaling and discussion. It's always interesting to see what has transpired! Limited to 6 people; cost $10. Preregistration required via fb or sign up at Inner Equinox.
