Studentkåren DISKs styrelse kallar härmed till Ekonomiskt Årsmöte (EKMEK) den 4:e mars 2026 klockan 16:30 i Lilla Hörsalen på plan 2 i Nodhuset, Kista. Mötet kommer hållas på engelska. Alla medlemmar i kåren har rätt att närvara.
På årsmötet går vi igenom budget, verksamhetsplaner, väljer in en ny Vice Ordförande, stadgeändringar, väljer in en ny valberedning med mera. Är du medlem i kåren uppmanas du till att närvara på mötet, för att få inblick i kårens verksamhet och påverka styrelsens arbete.

c3R5cmVsc2UgfCBkaXNrICEgc3UgISBzZQ== senast onsdag den 18 februari klockan 18:00 med ”Motion EKMEK 2026” som ämne. Motioner ska vara undertecknade med namn och gärna innehålla en bakgrund där detaljer kring motionen beskrivs, samt ett yrkande, där man anger det önskade beslutet.
Matbiljetter till puben kommer ges ut, det kommer också bjudas på kaffe och fika.

Dear DISK members,
The student union DISK board hereby summons to the Economic Annual Meeting (EKMEK), on the 4th of March 2026 at 16:30, in Lilla Hörsalen on the second floor of Nodhuset in Kista. The meeting will be held in English. All members of the union have the right to attend.
At the annual meeting, we will go through the budget, and operational plans, election of a new Vice President, changes to the statute, choose a new election committee and more. If you are a member of the union you’re highly encouraged to attend, to gain insight into the operations of the union and the work of the board.
Motions are to be sent to
c3R5cmVsc2UgfCBkaXNrICEgc3UgISBzZQ== with ”Motion EKMEK 2026” in the subject line. The last day to submit a motion is Wednesday the 18th of February 18:00. Motions must be signed and preferably include a background section with details around the proposal and a claim, where the desired decision is described.
Tickets for free food at the pub will be given to attendees, and coffee and fika will be available at the meeting.
