Recently separated Joan attends a speed dating event at her daughter's urging. Confronted by a series of unsuitable candidates, the play humorously explores the challenges of dating in later life.
Psychic Babble, by Stephen Scheurer-Smith (Directed by Dave Norwood)
Aspiring psychic Jim joins his new girlfriend Sandra and her friends Vera and Marjorie for a pub quiz, and tries to predict the answers. He hopes to impress Sandra enough for her to invest in his business, but everything does not go as planned!
One Mistake, by Stephen Scheurer-Smith (Directed by Meg Mannion)
A dramatic, humorous play about three lonely characters, all forced to confront their troubled pasts, which are revealed to be hiding dark secrets, betrayal and guilt. The play culminates in a shock ending, demonstrating how one devastating mistake connects, and has permanently altered all three lives.
‘Three Nights at The Moat’ will be a directorial debut for our three directors and our first ‘non musical’ production since 2020. Watch this space for ticket information, coming in the new year!
