Join me for Tap Away the Tension, a calming 90-min group EFT Tapping session to gently ease anxiety and overthinking.

We'll start with an introduction to EFT Tapping, then move to a group tapping session. You'll leave with a sense of calm and some tools you can use at home 😌.
