This workshop is designed for advanced polers who are ready to dissect the technique, timing, and momentum required to launch a controlled and powerful phoenix. You’ll also work through dynamic entries, exits, and one-arm chair preps to build the strength and coordination needed to fly.

We’re not just chasing the move—we’re unlocking it from all sides.

Pre-reqs: Confident in all Ayesha grips (cup, twisted, true), strong spin pole control, and solid one-arm chair spin.
