As we start our 2 day event with a powerful evening of reflection, release, and renewal. Together, we’ll set heart-led intentions and, if the weather allows, gather around a sacred fire to symbolically releasing what no longer serves us—making space for the new. This is a chance to connect deeply with yourself, tune into your inner wisdom, and step into a new chapter with purpose.
This session will be facilitated by Scott from Connection To Self, whose calming and grounded energy helps guide people back to their own inner clarity and healing power
Let’s Meet Scott @ Connection To Self
Scott is a Reiki Master Teacher and sound healer, with over 20 years experience in energy work and holistic wellbeing. He’s also a qualified Life Purpose Coach and certified Mindfulness Practitioner, working with both teens and adults to cultivate awareness emotional regulation and resilience.
Scott’s approach is rooted in the belief that healing—both mental and physical—is a natural ability we all hold. His sessions are designed to guide you into a space of stillness and presence, where your innate healing can be accessed and activated.
Although professionally trained, Scott works intuitively. Every session he offers is unique and responsive to the individual. His work is about helping you reconnect with your own wisdom, release what’s no longer aligned, so you can step forward with renewed clarity and strength.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space.
