Summer Garden Gathering

We’ve got an amazing weekend coming up at the Garden Yurt and I do hope some of you can join us!
Our Summer Garden Gatherings are a way of community coming together, co-creating, flowing and just enjoying being together.
This year, Ravi Freeman will join us and start the weekend off with a drum circle Friday night, 4 July, 7.30-9pm (£15).
Saturday 5 July, community lunch prep will start at 12 for all who fancy cooking and chopping together, before lunch starts at 1pm. This will flow into a relaxing afternoon in the garden with 1-2-1 sound healing sessions, guided meditation & breathwork, a taste of shamanic journeying. There is a jacuzzi and cold plunge, jigsaw puzzles, mandala painting and art stuff for your creative flow. (£25 to cover food costs). If you have a skill to offer, feel free to share.
The evening will conclude with a soup cooked over the fire and Ravi offering a Kirtan & Cacao (£25).
There is optional camping for those who wish to stay Saturday night.
Sunday morning we’ll start the day with breathwork, meditation and yoga, followed by a community breakfast, before packing up.
