As part of GAIL’s nationwide Knead for Speed campaign, we’re inviting you on a feel-good run finishing with a delicious post-run treat at GAIL’s Solihull.

• Meet at 09:30

THE BUNS IN QUESTION

Babka Bun Laminated brioche dough filled with chocolate & almond custard and dark chocolate chips, finished with a Demerara syrup glaze. It’s part bread, part cake, and completely delicious.

Sesame & Cardamom Bun Brioche dough infused with cardamom, filled with sesame paste, hand-braided, and rolled in salted spiced demerara sugar. Think Breton meets Scandi.
