Join me to escape the chaos of everyday life in a welcoming and relaxed space at Wild Fox Yoga Studio.
Soothe your mind and body through gentle breath work, guided meditations and a balancing Sound Bath using beautiful quartz crystal bowls.
Allow the harmonic sound waves to guide you into complete relaxation; letting go of the weeks' tension, stress and worries. Tune into yourself to find balance and peace of mind.
This class is suitable for complete beginners through to experienced meditators.

-Not suitable for first trimester of pregnancy, those with epilepsy or a pacemaker.
-If you wear a hearing aid please turn it off during the sound bath.
-limited yoga mats available, please bring your own if you have one.
