DON’T JUST RIDE DAY, SOLIHULL

We are very excited to announce that we are holding a Don’t Just Ride Day at Everyone Active, Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, Solihull with Delvin Clarke and special guest Fitness Presenter Helen Martin! We will start with a Vibe Dance Aerobics and Vi-Box masterclass with Delvin, followed by a Street Dance masterclass with Helen. We will finish with an epic Vibe Cycle masterclass!


Helen has been teaching and presenting dance for almost 20yrs. She has worked on so many varied projects from music videos, performances at the Royal Albert Hall to children’s community projects. She loves how it brings people together to create, enjoy music and work out.

Helen’s Street Dance Masterclass will embrace a mix of styles and music to create a fun energetic class. Building to a routine while embracing a party atmosphere that will keep you grooving. This masterclass will be super fun and all levels are welcome to dance, and bounce around!
