Join us on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 4-6:30 p.m. at the beautiful CRŪ Winery in the Santa Lucia Highlands in Soledad for a special reception celebrating the impact of the Latino community and the power of collective giving. The event will feature a strolling dinner, wine and live music by Nancy Cordiel.
The highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the 2025 Alfred Diaz-Infante Award to María Elena Manzo, the Founder and Executive Director of Mujeres en Acción. María Elena arrived in Monterey County in 1974 as a farmworker and has lived in the region for more than 30 years. These deep roots have shaped her lifelong commitment to justice, equity and strengthening the leadership and economic stability of immigrant women.
Event proceeds benefit grants to local nonprofits working to advance economic mobility for Monterey County’s Latino community.
