Moving Meditation at Aquetong Spring Park

Come and start your day with some Moving Meditation at the park on the lawn behind the main house. This is a standing practice so you don’t need a mat. 45 minutes of loosening, releasing, clearing, and grounding. $10 cash or Venmo. Check back here for any changes in case of inclement weather.
