Please join us on Sunday, June 8th from 2:00PM to 4:00PM for our 18th Annual ‘Dog Jog’ event! This is a rain-or-shine event that features a 3-mile race or a 1 mile leisure walk. All proceeds from this event go towards the Angel Fund, which has provided financial assistance to sick or injured pets since 2004. All participants and their canines can also dress up in a fun costume to win a prize! The event features 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-place prizes for the race winners; a prize for Best Costume; and loads of other door prizes from our sponsors can be won. Admission includes a free hot dog from Hot Dogs a la Carte, plus cookies, chips, and refreshments provided by Twin Cities Vet.
Entry Admission Cost:
$20 per adult for entry into the event, including food/beverage afterward.
***Children under 12 attend FREE with accompanied adult.
OPTIONAL: Custom event t-shirts available for purchase for $20/adult sizes and $10/youth sizes.
Pre-registrants get express checkout in line at the event PLUS a swag bag with goodies! Please stop by our clinic to pre-register. Pre-registering is open until Saturday, June 7th (day before the event). Online pre-registering will be available soon, so stay tuned!
Rules:
• Entrants in the run/walk must have a canine partner to qualify for prizes.
• Pets are required to be on a leash throughout the duration of the event.
• Pets must have a current Rabies & Distemper vaccination.
• Costumes are not required but are fun & encouraged!
• Participants must check-in 30 minutes prior to 2:00PM start time (Check-in line opens at 1:30PM)
• Please bring a lawn chair or seating if you do not desire to sit on the grass.
• Pre-registration is not required but highly recommended to reserve your entry and t-shirt size. Pre-registrants will still have to wait in line to retrieve their items.
• T-shirts are available for purchase at $20 each – Sizes may be limited! (Youth XS, S, M, L or Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL) All unisex sizing.
• Parking is located next door to us in the gravel lot of Redoubt Realty (Across the highway from Subway)
