Atomic Groove's "Mid-Summer Groove" Dance Party Happy Hour

Here we are smack dab in the middle of Summer 2025 and our summer AG Happy Hours are groovin' right along! We love continuing to share the groove with you, early-style, no matter the time of year.

This Friday for our "Mid-Summer Groove" AG Happy Hour at Belly Up we'll feature our HOT HOT HOT AG Conga Girl Monette and AG guest vocalist Mark Jones, who always brings his sizzle when he joins us. Some of The Performer Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will take the stage for a few songs with their radiant and ever-evolving performance skillz.

There's no place we'd rather be on an early Friday nite, and we invite YOU to join us for a couple of hours of getting away from the weirdness of the world with a fantastic dance party vibe you can always depend on from Atomic Groove. You'll dance to your fave jams from today and yesterday... movin' & groovin', rockin' & rollin'... singing loud & laughing hard... letting go with a bunch of other high vibrating souls. All ages, all backgrounds, all inclusive. We’ve been doing these Friday Happy Hours for over 20 years. Never the same show, but always the same fun.

Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Series #14 is in progress and will run thru mid-August. Taught and re-taught in sections, you can drop in any time. Class is held every Tuesday at 630p and Special Saturday Editions at 1230p on Aug. 2nd and Aug. 16th. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. Maybe even get on stage and perform! Series #15 starts Tuesday, August 19th with a brand new routine.
