Gurdjieff movements are tools to connect with our true essence, while being in the movement and at the same time, being aware about our different centers. its a process of self observation, a meditation for awareness in action. These specific movements help us to be in the present moment, being aware about the three centers I.e. intellectual, physical and emotional center and also expanding our awareness with the inner and the outer, working with the divided attention. its a beautiful process to see who we really are... have a meeting with your true self !
