DESCRIPTION:
This weekly class is your time to move your body, connect with other moms, and take a moment just for YOU. Since having a baby in January, I’ve been searching for a class like this — so I decided to create it myself!

We’ll focus on gently strengthening areas of the body that often hold tension from pregnancy, recovery, baby-carrying, and daily stress. Then we'll get into safe, simple, carefree choreography in a supportive space that meets you where you are in your motherhood journey.

No dance experience needed—just come as you are, ready to have fun and meet other moms.
