Reiki with Traci/ Qigong with Amanda Marie

Im bringing Reiki to you! I'll be set-up at Sodus Point Community Center from 11:00 to 3:00p offering sessions. Reiki helps with pain, anxiety, stress, helps Focus, promotes relaxation and so much more. Available times are 11:00, 12:00, 1:00, and 2:00 please message or call to reserve a time. Walkins are welcome for all classes!
Amanda Marie will be with me teaching a beginner Qigong class- Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health and well being focusing on mind, body and spirit. Can be performed standing or sitting in a chair. Class times are 11:00a-12:00p and 2:00p to 3:00p. Please call, message or text me for info on all classes and sign ups. 💜
