Let it go with Yoga

Bring a bottle of water. yoga mat, pillow and blanket. I have some yoga mats to loan during class. Dress comfortably for the weather.
Please arrive a few minutes early.
If you arrive during class, simply set up and join in and see the instructor at the end of class. $15
