SUP Yoga @Chester Frost

Kick off your week with SUP Yoga! Join us Monday evening for a refreshing and invigorating experience for your body and mind on the water. Beginner-Friendly! New to SUP or yoga? No worries! I'll guide you through basic poses and stretches. Bring your own board or rent one of our new SUP boards – all gear is included! We'll enjoy a relaxing paddle, an amazing hour of SUP Yoga as the evening unfolds, and a gentle paddle back. Please wear swimwear suitable for inversions or yoga wear you don't mind getting wet.

Location: Head past the main beach area and turn into the main boat ramp. Turn left in the parking lot to find the smaller lot near the smaller boat ramp.
