As the seasons shift and summer begins to unfold, take time to slow down and soften with this deeply nourishing practice. This 75-minute class combines the gentle stillness of restorative yin yoga with the guided rest of Yoga Nidra—offering your body and mind a space to release, recalibrate, and welcome the warmth of the season with ease.

We'll move through long-held, supported postures to open the body gently, quiet the nervous system, and invite spaciousness. The practice will close with a grounding Yoga Nidra meditation to help you melt into complete rest, leaving you renewed and aligned for the summer ahead.

No experience necessary—just bring your breath, your presence, and a willingness to unwind.

Studio will be warm and welcoming.
