Reiki Level I Training

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing art for stress reduction, relaxation and also promotes healing of Body, Mind & Spirit. Level I Reiki teaches you how to do Reiki on yourself and others.

Amy Wilinski has taught thousands of people Reiki. She provides a thorough background. including research about Reiki and how it is being used in conventional settings, that will help you to feel comfortable in using this great healing technique.
