As autumn draws us inward this sound bath invites you to rest in the gentle echoes of gratitude.

Through crystal bowls chimes gong and other soothing instruments you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where sound resonates not only through your body but also within your heart. 

In this space of reflection we honor both what we are ready to release and the blessings we hold with appreciation. Allow the vibrations to restore balance open your heart and leave you carrying the resonance of gratitude into the season ahead.

Yoga Circle Studio has everything you need: mats bolsters and blankets. Just bring yourself and anything else that would make you most comfortable.
