Farm-to-Table Wood-Fire Dinner with Tournant

Join us for an unforgettable evening as Portland’s celebrated culinary team, Tournant, returns to Bella Luna Farms for a second summer. Known for their artful and elemental approach to cooking with fire, Chefs Jaret and Mona will guide guests through a seasonal, wood-fired dinner experience that blends rustic elegance with refined techniques.

This experience will also include a guided tour of the farm, along with an immersive outdoor cooking demonstration where you’ll learn the secrets behind Tournant’s signature open-fire methods. As the day wanes, sit down to a beautifully set table beneath the vines in the Grapehouse and linger over a multi-course meal that will include Bellsong cheeses and summer produce paired with thoughtful wines—each dish a tribute to the season’s bounty and the magic of fire-kissed food.
