Interwoven: Nurturing the Inner Child

SOF Spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for a reflective and nurturing event led by Nourished by Angelic Elrod. This unique experience will focus on inner child work, where participants will have the opportunity to connect with their younger selves, offering healing, compassion, and love.

In this safe and supportive space, participants will be asked to bring a photo of themselves from childhood and write a heartfelt letter to their younger selves. This is a chance to reflect on growth and provide the kind of nurturing and understanding that we all deserve. Whether it’s words of encouragement, love, or advice, this event will allow participants to celebrate the progress they've made through the years.

By honoring the inner child, we help to foster self-compassion, emotional well-being, and personal growth. We invite you to take this journey with us.
