Somatic Trauma Informed Muay Thai (STI MUAY THAI)

STI Muay Thai classes start TOMORROW Monday, 9/1!

Our Somatic Trauma-Informed Muay Thai was created for people who need a bridge to help them work through whatever disrupts their body/mind connection. Using Muay Thai as a catalyst to somatic therapeutic methods, we have designed a system guided by best practices in neuroscience to gently reconnect participants with their bodies, putting control back in their hands. This twelve session course can be taken standalone, or as a pathway to join our traditional Muay Thai classes. You will learn authentic, effective Muay Thai techniques, on YOUR TERMS.

These classes can be made available as woman-only spaces as well as LGBTQ+ safe spaces.
