November 2025 Full Moon Paddle

This month's full moon is known as The Beaver Supermoon and paddleboarding is a great way to view it's splendor. Let's meet up at Jefferson Springs Recreation Area Boat Ramp in Smyrna on Percy Priest Lake around 6:30pm and be ready to launch by 7pm. You must have a 360 degree white light on your paddleboard to legally paddle after dark. Feel free to have glow sticks and other colorful lights on your board or persons for added fun. For this event, wearing a life jacket will be mandatory since it will already be dark when we start. As always don't depend on Facebook's directions. Jefferson Springs is located on Jefferson Pike (also known as Hwy 266) between Nissan Blvd and I-840 in Smyrna, Tennesse.

Please be aware that we must remain in a tight grouping, close to shore to avoid any boating traffic in the main channel. As always, we do not discriminate against our fellow kayakers, so feel free to join in!
