Movement Series (Mat Pilates)

Join us for an in-clinic Movement Series curated to K*ll your excuses. We want to motivate, encourage, and help you prioritize movement as a primary source of symptom-management in your journey with MS. These series are for all levels of mobility. Whatever you can move...move it! Do what you can, but KEEP MOVING!

Exercise and fitness has always been a part of my life. When I was initially diagnosed- my left side was extremely slow. I watched people jogging past me, and would feel sad because that used to be me. As I've regained full mobility, I remind myself of how I felt when I wasnt able; so I continue to push myself with thankfulness.

*Research shows that exercise not only benefits the body, but it benefits the brain and one's mood! These meet ups are only a small, but critical part of my vision to raise awareness for the MS community through exercise. Little by little, day by day, we will face MS together; one step at a time.
