In a warm, supportive setting, you’ll be guided through reflective practices, gentle movement, expressive journaling, and sharing circles that acknowledge the depth of our losses while igniting hope for what comes next. You will reconnect with the love that remains, liberate heavy emotions, and step into a renewed sense of possibility and joy.
