Beginning Birding-Shorebird Program

Does identifying shorebirds stress you out? (Seriously, why do they all have that white wing stripe?) Want to impress your friends and party guests by enumerating the differences between a greater and lesser yellowlegs? Then join naturalist Eileen McLellan for a Beginning Birding-Shorebird Program this Saturday 9/6 at 10am at Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge! Eileen will give a presentation all about shorebirds, their amazing migrations and simple identification techniques. After the presentation participants will caravan to the impoundments to practice your newfound shorebird identification skills. No registration is required and all skill levels are welcome.
