This special session is designed to gently guide you inward. Through long-held yin postures, you’ll create space in the body while calming the nervous system. A guided heart chakra meditation will invite emotional release and balance. To close, you’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, promoting deep relaxation and energetic harmony.
