Memorial Day Murph 2025

Join us for our annual Murph on Memorial Day, May 26th 2025. Heats start at 8am.

This is a FREE event suitable for all levels of fitness. All members, friends, family and non-members are welcome to join in for no cost.
Murph is a hero workout, honoring LT. Michael P. Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.

At TAH, heats will start at 8:00am and continue every hour until 10:30 as our last heat.

Multiple workout options for all athletes that can be done individually or with a partner.
