Sourdough has a reputation for being fussy and unforgiving. We disagree.
In Sourdough 101, we’ll demystify the whole process: what your starter should look and smell like, how to fold and shape your dough, and how to get that crisp, crackly crust with a soft, open crumb.
You’ll learn:
How to feed and care for a starter
The rhythm of sourdough: mixing, stretching, resting, shaping, baking
How to read the dough (not the clock)
Simple ways to bake better bread at home, even without fancy equipment
You’ll go home with:
One fresh sourdough loaf you’ve shaped and baked
A recipe + method booklet with timelines, tips, and variations
The confidence to keep your starter alive and actually use it
The vibe: a hands-on bread clinic with the energy of a fun night out. Expect a mix of real technique, laughs, and “ohhh, that’s why mine never worked” moments.
