Pasta by Hand: Roll, Cut, Sauced

Join us for this introduction to pasta making!

Here's what your class includes:

- basic pasta dough recipe
- how to make pasta dough
- adaptations for your pasta recipe
- combinations of pastas and sauces - yes, your pasta shape makes a difference!
- enjoy a bowl of freshly made pasta together!

Please note that because class sizes are so limited, once booked, no refunds are available. You are welcome to send someone in your place or receive a credit for use for a future class provided we receive notice at least one week in advance.

If cancellation is made less than one week from the date of the class, no credit will be provided.
