Yoga with Stephanie & the animals at "Root Haven Farm"

Roots Haven farm is a beautiful & place to connect away from the day to day hustle & bustle.

Some very lucky alpacas, goats, & mini goats get to call Roots Haven their home. I will be collaborating with these sweet friends this season. However this class is less "Goat Yoga" & more aimed at dropping into mindful awareness in a serene environment with the therapeutic benefits of being in nature with a furry audience.

Class ends promptly at 5PM

If you wish to spend additional time with the animals please arrive 30 minutes before class begins.

Class begins promptly at 4PM

Suggested materials: An open heart, Yoga mat, water, comfortable/loose fitting clothing, a towel, a journal, a pen (or other writing materials) & any addtional comfort items you would like.

Meet your Yoga teacher!

Stephanie hails from the village of Scituate, RI where she spends most of her time with her 3 children & partner.

Yoga is a passion of hers that she discovered in 2013

By 2018 her first YA accredited 200 hour teacher training was complete.

Stephanie never intended on teaching Yoga, but after unlocking the many benefits that this practice offers she wanted to share it with everyone.

Today she is an advanced Yoga teacher with 500 hours of accredited training & continuing ed specialized in Perinatal Yoga. Holistic modalities & their many benefits have become a lifestyle & later a career for her. Helping people holistically is what resonates with her deeply.

Stephanie is a sound healer, board certified perinatal doula, advanced Yoga teacher, flexologist & offers women's workshops, Postpartum workshops, Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga series, & Crystal singing bowl sound baths.
