The Art of Dreaming

Unlock the intelligence of your dreaming life in this focused two-session training. Dreams are more than nighttime stories — they’re a living language of insight, healing, and spiritual guidance. Over two classes, you’ll learn practical dreamwork skills—how dreams speak through symbols, archetypes, emotion, and embodied imagery—and build reliable recall and interpretation routines (active imagination, amplification, symbol-mapping, and associative journaling) to turn nightly material into guidance, creativity, and problem-solving. You’ll also learn safe incubation techniques to invite healing and lucid insight, plus humane strategies for working with nightmares and shadow material so difficult content can be contained, understood, and transformed.
