Flourishing Teenagers

An event for parents of teens, pre-teens and will-be-teens in a few years (including parents of elementary and intermediate students). All are welcome!
Structure will be a short opening keynote followed by 15 minute individual sessions on internet safety, healthy habits (sleep and nutrition), emotional and mental health, spiritual formation practices, and navigating social media. Babysitting will be provided for children of all ages. No sign-up necessary
