🌠Birmingham Tango Oso is excited to be hosting beautiful dual role Tango artists Gaston Olguin & Manuco Firmani of Tango ReQueer with fellow Birmingham tango group Queer Tango Birmingham this summer.
We continue to feel the Tango growth and diversity in Birmingham and that’s a testimony to embracing opportunities, cultures, collaborations, differences and importantly dancers finding a piece of the Tango community for them.
This drives exciting collaborations and another exciting Birmingham Tango weekend in June, with something for everyone!

Friday 20th June – The Bear Tavern 498-500 Bearwood Road, Birmingham, B66 4BX
🕺🏾Dualers Delight (Dual role dancers only): We welcome all dancers with some experience in both roles to this series of workshops and practice time. As a guideline, we'd suggest that you should be able to dance your 2nd role for at least a whole tango, preferably a tanda. The workshops will not be suitable for single role dancers looking to start learning a 2nd role.
*7.00pm-8.00pm - Dualers Workshop 1
*8.15pm-9.15pm - Dualers Workshop 2
9.15-11.00pm - Dualers Extended Practica
Saturday 21st June – Venue TBC, Birmingham
💃🏽Let’s Dance (All dancers): Workshops not be suitable for complete beginners.
