QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING IN MANAGEMENT FOR THE COMMUNITY SECTOR

This course is FREE for individuals and subsidised up to 90% for employers

The training is designed for those aspiring to leadership or management roles in the community sector. It will help you develop as an effective leader and earn the nationally recognised ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management.

Levels Available

• Level 3: For new, aspiring, and experienced middle managers.
• Level 5: For those with higher levels of responsibility or greater leadership experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Aged 19+, Employer or Volunteer in a Community Organisation Sector (VCO)
• Living and working in Berkshire and surrounding area
• Able to commit to the 12-weeks, 60-hour program
• FREE - this course is free to individuals who join without an employer
• £150 - If employed by a small to medium VCO(200 people or less)
• £450 - If employed by a large VCO
