Our collective intention is to provide different techniques and path ways of directly experiencing the power of your breath as a bridge to experiencing the peace of your embodiment, for self regulation, purification, healing, spiritual activation, reclamation of health and Life force, and divine reconnection.

Pranayama Workshop with Alyssa Chatfield
"Quieting the mind requires control and regulation of the breath." - Patanjali
GENTLE yoga, meditation and a kriya (cleansing) practice to prepare your body and mind for exploring different Pranayama techniques. Experience the benefits of Pranayama and learn how it can support NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION. Alyssa will guide you through three simple practices so that you can feel them for yourself. Between each practice you will be invited to observe how you feel and journal about your experience. The intention of this workshop is to share these practices with you, allowing you to experience something directly and find what is most SUPPORTIVE.

During this workshop Bernadett will guide you in the exploration of different breath techniques, including the Breath of Fire and Lunar Breath. Through these practices you purify, shed outdated layers, and BALANCE the upward and downward moving energies. You will have an embodied, experiential journey of the instant shifts as you deepen into grace, and allow your own RADIANCE and INNER FIRE to shine through. Meditation Inspiration Workshop with Shekinah Grace
Create coherence. Connect with the UNIVERSAL Life Force, circulate the wisdom winds (Prana) throughout your body and HARMONIZE with Self. From this RECEPTIVE state of focused serene inner being and connection, Shekinah invites you to feel and observe your breath and body sensations utilizing mudras (hand gestures) to direct and circulate energy flow. NATURAL BREATH rhythms are explored here to expand Awareness - which allows you to become The Witness of pure experience. Learn to breathe with your *whole* being and become sensitive and deeply attuned to the Aliveness of your body.
