Summer Solstice Donation Class

The 21st of June is a powerful date, we will have the early morning solstice, the longest day of the year, celebrated throughout the northern hemisphere and in Ireland it is deeply connected to our ancient heritage. This date is also world yoga day, so an auspicious day and a perfect day to remember the true meaning of yoga, connection. In the yoga world we might use the word Seva meaning 'selfless service' to do for others without personal expectation, so this summer solstice we will have an opportunity to give back.
