Relaxing Gong Bath

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be facilitating another Gong Bath at the beautiful @leitircornmill in Kilcar on Friday 10 October, from 7-8.30 pm. There’s mats, blankets and pillows, but you are welcome to bring your own if you’d like. Make sure to wear comfortable, warm clothes.

A Gong Bath is an immersive sound experience that reliefs stress, calms the mind and relaxes the body. All you have to do, is lie down and let me and my instruments do the rest 🧘🏼‍♀️
