Five Animals Qi Gong – Inspired by the movements of the tiger, deer, monkey, bear, and crane, this practice cultivates strength, balance, and vitality.
This practice originates in Chinese Shamanism . Each animal connects to an Acupuncture Meridian channel in the body and stretches the internal organs .
Elemental Qi Gong – Harmonize with the energies of earth, water, fire, air, and space through movement and breathwork.
Shamanic Medicine Walk – Open to nature with intention to receive wisdom and support
Shamanic Journey – Enter the unseen realms to meet your spirit helper and receive guidance.
Qi Gong in Nature – Practice in the wild landscape, aligning with its energy.
Excursion to a Nature – Experience the deep magic of Sligo’s ancient land.
