This month’s MIB event is about strength, solidarity, and support.

We’re welcoming the incredible Maire McFadden from Strike Back Self Defence to share practical tips every woman should know to stay safe — along with the sobering stats that remind us why these conversations matter more than ever.

We're also coming together for something deeply meaningful - preparing our next donation of Hopefull Handbags. 
These are going directly to women in Donegal who have bravely escaped domestic abuse. Every handbag filled with essential supplies is a message:
“You matter. You’re not alone. There is hope.”

Bring along: 
A handbag in good condition
Any toiletries or small essentials (shampoo, toothbrushes,  deodorant, pads, lip balm, tissues, etc.)
